The Wumaos must be very "song" and came up with the youtube.  Unfortunately,  this is not the case.  They said they only add a production plant in China to produce BMW cars for the Chinese market.  The existing BMW sold in China are imported from the Carolina plant in the US.  There must be lots of restrictions.  This news article specifically mentions this 'added production in China will not affect production volumes at South Carolina plant".  The wumaos must be very disappointed.
