Looks tedious to build actually and is not sturdy or fireproof. Prefab concrete is much faster. Even steel frame buildings have kits that can be assembled quickly.

The blocks are insulated so they are fire resistant (fireproof is a sales term and not the right description as even concrete burns).
The steel frame kits are much more difficult to manufacture than the Gablok pieces but once manufactured are quite easy to assemble. Not as easy as Gablok which can be carried out DIY (only the Gablok part and not the exterior finishing such as plaster, bricks or cladding) but definitely easier than normal.
