Seems the HWZ mod started culling forummers for some time around the time when Gov pass FICA law.
There is even a Thread on this in EDMW.

FICA law was not passed to deal with internet IBs.
In fact I know what finally triggered the gov to pass FICA in such a rush last year.

Vijay treats EDMW as his personal kingdom and is behaving like a communist dictator. He is living proof why SG may not be ready for an Indian PM. They can’t handle power properly and start behaving like dictators.

This happens in most, if not all online forums that don't have regular mod rotations.
The longer mods stay the same, the more authoritarian they become. Familiarity breeds contempt.
At least their dictatorial behaviour is constrained to useless power-tripping on the Internet social media forums and not IRL whereby they can forbid you to leave, jail you, and make you disappear.
No need to drone on about this on a rainy Friday morning, we all not happy, we all left the board.
