If the bulk of the people celebrate the act, then it's liberation. If most of the citizen suffered and do not agree.with the Russia act, then it's invasion.

So far the narrative has been that Russia sees a threat to their own safety and took action to take out Ukraine. It's different from the citizens asking Russia to take out their govt. If the bulk of the people wanted a regime change, then that's liberation.

Putin do this is to prevent a major all out European War...if Ukraine joins NATO.
