Now, no stock how to get slot? The remainders are mainly 2nd doses.

There is one country that only give 1 dose of Sinovac. No money, not enough supplies and some doctors worked underground.

Why Sngapore? Why HSA? Why not the Chinese Embassy? Singapore already takes care of the humanity part of those Ah Tiongs residents in Singapore by offering them free Pfizer and Moderna.

Don't think the majority of Singaporeans would agree for sg Gov to spend extra money stocking up additional Sinovac just to cater to a special requirement from China. For Singaporeans, only those not allergic to Pfizer/Moderna are allowed to take Sinovac from their stocks.

On the other hand, why can't PRC relax its requirement? Why can't the Chinese Embassy provide them with Sinovac? China also has about 4.5 million Hong Kong people already taken Pfizer/BioNTech. Ah Tiong can also wait until China changes its requirement which is a matter of time. If they think it is too risky, they can take Pfizer/Moderna first. It is never wise to wait.
