Singapore listed Sinar Mas Land–controlled by Indonesia's second richest family, the Widjajas–through its unit, SML Strand has entered a sale and purchase agreement with Land Securities Group for a commercial building in central London for 195 million pound ($240 million) according to a filing to the Singapore Stock Exchange on Thursday.
