I helped a few blind man before, all of them are ok

the first one speaks very good English and told me to raise my elbow and he held on to it

the second one lost his sight due to accident and he told me to lead him using his walking stick

the 3rd one was difficult because his hand was trying to find my hand so a guy came by and said he will lead the blind man

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
