Looks.like a "harmless crime" to help fellow Gurkkas send money home.

Yep, it is not a scam, but the law is law, sometimes they are fxxk.
those who make the law are sxxk. Like the law minister, KH get 3.5 yrs and he said he gg to look into it, but so far

at the end of the day got money got law.... got money u hire the top counsel and get lighter sentence but no money u get those govt lousy free lawyer
