I think there is no central spin doc in PAP, else very lousy one. For PAP, the focus should be to demonstrate that their policy works, they know the pain points and are actively engaging the residents and promise when and what will be done for the people. Because the PAP is the incumbent, this is the key to instill confidence. It is not about talking bad about the opposition or giving reasons or excuses why opposition will affect governing...
