Fortune, an American business magazine, introduced six secrets of Warren Buffett, the 'investment expert', who stayed healthy until the age of 94 despite his "eating habits that are far from healthy."
Fortune introduced Buffett's eating habits, saying, "I eat like a 6-year-old." Buffett is famous for drinking five 12-ounce (355 ml) Coca-Cola cans every day.
In the 2017 HBO documentary 'Being Warren Buffett,' he was shown visiting McDonald's every morning and eating a $3.17 menu consisting of two sausage patties, eggs, cheese, and bacon, along with a Coke.
For lunch, he visits Dairy Queen, a fast-food restaurant, and eats a 'chili cheese dog' with cherry syrup and chopped nuts, and enjoys candy or chocolate for snacks.
Fortune listed six secrets to maintaining intelligence and vitality while maintaining a diet that can hardly be considered healthy:
△8 hours of sleep
△8 hours of Bridge (a brain game using cards) a week
△A schedule that is not too much △5-6 hours of reading a day
△Counting things you are grateful for
△Recognizing the importance of relationships.
“I like to sleep. I try to get eight hours of sleep every night,” Buffett said in a 2017 interview with PBS. “I have no desire to start working at 4 a.m.” Fortune also reported that Buffett said he spends at least eight hours a week playing bridge with friends, saying it’s “the best exercise for the brain.”
