If there is any thing that I will give a thumb up for today's crap speech, it will be for this point.

Everyone can see there is a change in strategy. Everyone is taken to be dumb to not notice the change in strategy. Task force refused to say we are screwed by delta big time.

Come out clean in a formal announcement to explain why there is a need to change, and everyone try to move on in the new direction.
