I remember his father once described Johore Bahru as a place of thugs, rapists, robbers, murderer.... then kenna left right centre from Johore lawmakers and even from his good friend the Johore Sultan. After that he kwai kwai crawled over to JB Palace to make a personal apology. Very shameful moment.

Western alliance must have give Ukr the wrong impression.
So they have obligation to voice out. 

Meanwhile rest of the world is relative quiet, could be because Putin already mentioned before the invasion start, 
they have no intention to take over Ukr
All eyes are waiting for Rus next step.

A permanent neutral Ukr may end the war sooner.
However return of Donbass will be v difficult, Rus unlikely withdraw support to the separatist states unless Ukr to become permanent pro Rus govt.
