Exotic studying area I don't know. Perfect studying conditions I know. Aircon at most 25 degrees, upright chair and table, absolutely no electronic devices and TV.

When we were very poor during kampung days, if you owned an electric fan, it was already luxury. And we studied.
Why need air con at 25 degrees?

Many students are studying at our public libraries.
The government can also open up community centres... they did that 30, 40 years ago and stopped. No aircon but there were wall fans and despite the hot sun outside the rooms were very cooling.
