But after that you may not be able to boot up windows after replacing the battery and restore default bios.

Yes, using USB recovery thumbdrive and run command prompt, and then execute the bootrec commands in order to activate boot options on bios setting.

Change the date first. If cannot then change the battery.

After changing battery,
go to Bios/UEFI, click load default setting.

Dont laugh!
Newer laptop design may not have CMOS battery.

why mini pc ?.................normal size pc also same problem ?

i had a pc whereby the battery gone case for several years.................no problem leh...............only must adjust time only...........
