What LHL said on Saturday, I find it hard to agree...

We cannot completely control it so we adopt another mindset ...go about our normal lives ....

Shouldn't the medical impact of the virus matter. That there will be deaths long term effects of infection and endangerment of our elderly population.

Once the number increase jt is hard to control the infection moving to elderly who share our homes and their lives are at risk.

By saying  because we cannot fully control it therefore we have e to loosen up and allow cases to increase defies logic...its like telling a student its too hard to get an A so it's now okay to get F.. The KPI must still be to keep cases as low as possible.

.....we can still contain it well even if it is delta...vs a lesser effort leading to rising cases and deaths.

Lives matter.

Very easy to deal with PAP.
Look at the action and not the words.

PAP says open up and live with COVID.
But PAP MPs suspend physical MPS with residents.

Why PAP never walk the talk?
Because the only way for PAP MPs to get COVID is through physical MPS with residents.
Every week, PAP MPs need to meet residents, surely some PAP MPs will get COVID in a year.
If PAP MPs get COVID, their family will also get infected.

Only when PAP MPs resume physical MPS, then we can say it is normal to live with COVID.

How can PAP say to live with COVID but they avoid COVID by suspending physical MPS ?
How can PAP say we cannot isolate ourselves from the world but PAP MPs are isolating physically from residents ?

Hey, you want lockdown again? Do convince those who losing jobs. I'm sure you have a comfortable job.

And come on, if you are so smart, no need govt to tell you what to do.
Any family can lock themselves down if they want. Don't go out.

Your choice. Can whining save you?

No one will believe the words of PAP govt if PAP MPs do not walk the talk by resuming physical MPS with residents.

Please ask PAP govt to walk the talk !

Easy to blame Delta. Why didn't he say look at Taiwan and HK. see how they handle Delta?

Long covid is worrisome but they are trying to brush it off by saying not common. Then please meet the people physically and prove it. Get it first to show us it is mild and not serious.

We really need took at truth and facts not what we wish and prefer to happen.

Even Delta there was early warning and the leadership refused to limit incoming flights from South Asia ...resulting in us being in this situation. I remember one protestor at ICA arrested for blowing the whistle on the problem and treated as a trouble maker.

They are again making potential mistakes by not looking at facts.

When PAP MP infected covid, we need to see the MP got do home recovery or warded in hospital.
If the MP is in hospital, we can ask why no home recovery for him or her but home recovery for others.

PAP says many things but personally seldom walk the talk
