This very close cooperation between the USA and Ukraine did not please all international partners: when it was confirmed, the question quickly arose as to where the line to participation in the conflict was in such an intensive exchange. The US replied that it was only sharing information and helping Ukraine to defend itself. There is also every indication that the Ukrainian leadership is still deciding for itself when and where its armed forces will attack. Nevertheless, this cooperation is unprecedented.
