I agree - that famous Biden reply calling Xi a "dictator" during his APEC press meeting already put his assistance team, esp Blinken, on crazy mental roller coaster
ride and the stress clearly captured in his reaction....

The problem from this optics has backfired and actually confirms what many already knew about Biden.

After all massive effort in cleaning up the city, chasing away homeless and drug addicts from San Francisco street, the last thing  anyone want is the POTUS screwing up all the months of hard work preparing for the APEC...
