Why Israel as a model nation in using Pfizer vaccine, show such poor result in Covid19 infection? It is now one of the worst infection rate in the world.
Singapore is another example of using Pfizer vaccine and ahieved 81% of vaccine injections, Singapore is breaking through 1,000 new cases per day.
What is the implication of efficacy of Pfizer and mRNA vaccine?

Israel study showed the efficacy of Pfizer is only 39% against Delta virus. Anyway, almost all the virus is now Delta virus.

According to Shane Crotty, a virologist @La Jolla Institute for Immunology in San Diego, Delta’s “superpower” is its transmissibility.
Chinese researchers found people infected with Delta carry 1,260 times more virus in their noses compared with original version of coronavirus.
U.S. research suggests “viral load” in vaccinated individuals who become infected with Delta is on par with those who are unvaccinated, (more research is needed.)
While original coronavirus took up to 7-days to cause symptoms, Delta can cause symptoms two to three days faster, giving the immune system less time to respond and mount a defense.
Delta also appears to be mutating further, with reports emerging of a “Delta Plus” variant, a sub-lineage that carries additional mutation that has been shown to evade immune protection.
