All this effort to attract the wealthy to come here with tax incentives. Effort  to bring in many foreigners to keep boosting economic growth. Where is the effort to ensure Singaporeans can afford to live well in their homeland?

Last week a few pieces of news that appear disparate popped up ...middleclass S'poreans many can no longer afford to maintain their integrated plans as premiums esclate year after year. COE prices for all categories rose. 1 in 3 Singapore youths resorf to self harm. Elderlies found dead in their homes undiscovered until a foul smell permeated the neighborhood. Singaporeans graduates sent hundreds of applications without getting any interviews.

Singaporeans from the middleclass to the poverty class feel the strain of living. Fresh grads, gig workers struggle. 

This is the outcomes you get when the economy is designed to serve the influx of foreigners and the rich. 

Sure, Singaporeans rush to neighboring countries ...places like Johor to solve some of these problems.

But can we really depend on other countries for a solution?
Why isn't the solution provided in our own country to citizens?

What good is Spore's affluence when S'poreans can't afford to live here...

you can highlight the problems to create awareness but PAP will not resolve the problems.

PAP creates this problem due to side effects of a solution to a big problem.
for example, PAP needs GST to solve a problem but it causes your problem.
you cannot ask PAP to remove GST to solve your problem.

PAP has safety of margin of 65% in election.
it does not matter to PAP if you die as long as PAP can always have safety margin of least 60%.

If I have a business monopoly, I will do the same as PAP even if your whole family dies.

A mouse trap is set for wealthy and new citizens to contribute hefty HealthCare Budget into 2050 and beyond to help finance as NKF projected 1,000,000 kidney failure and probably 500,000 heart disease patients in Singapore .

Another 750,000 diagnosed as Ting Tong, only as burden without any contributing factors to the economy.

Both wealthy and new citizens come handy to the rescue. 🛟
