HDB used to release resale transactions of all flat types in all HDB towns from AMK to Woodlands. Now, only median prices of each town are available.     

But now, the site is no longer available. Does any property expert have alternate site for such info?

Sometimes, I have some doubts about what agents' info. They say different things to buyers and sellers. To the buyers, they may say "quick buy, property gg to boom up" and to the seller "quick sell, property gg to collapse".  

The HDB used to give accurate info about all the transactions in every HDB town.

HDB website used to have such info like below giving prices of every transaction but now no more. Look like now HDB website only gives a median price for the whole estate.

Here is the guide. 1. Go to hdb.gov.sg. 2. Under Search web: type resale prices. 3. Select: resale flat prices. 4. Select: 2-rm, 3-rm, 4-rm etc. 5. Select: street name. 6. Select: resale registration date. 7. Select: 3-mths, 6-mths or 12 mths. Click: search. You wil find yr desired location with all the info.
