GIC making more billions from CPF members savings from offshore higher interest rates, as now, CPF CEO backing away from raising interest rates..

It's Contrary to market norm.

Only CPF members are the losers.

No different whether it's CPF Board or GIC to guarantee capital protection and interest rates obligations.

In fact, GIC can guaranteed a floor interest rate of 2.5,% pa or much higher ROI whichever is higher for the fiscal year.

CPF Board can disappear today.

Using our cheap money to invest. Make money reward themselves first. Time they should pay the citizen more at least 1% more to the CPF OA.

Why is CPF management so afraid to pay the correct market interest rates for our savings?

Clearly, all CPF members felt cheated.

CPF cant retire happily. It is a known fact. Now with high inflation, it only makes matter worse.

They already informed LKKs to downgrade or sell the lease to fund their retirement.

Medical cost in Sg is damn farking high…
Make sure you must have enough $$$ to pay for the medishield premium.

I have seen some LKKs walk like penguins.

With 53% age pensioners age 65 and above unable to meet retirement requirements, obviously, the future looks bleak.

No way that our future generations could be better than today.

How can they survive with $350 a monthly payouts?

Over the years, Govt did not create well paid jobs for born Singaporeans but instead continuously replacing many PMET to an epidemic proportions with FTs.

An extremely large numbers locals ended jobless; and left many either under employed or switched to Bak Char Mee sellers.

Who's fault?

Since you talk about being so afraid, can you share with everyone here how CPF interest rates are determined, so that we can see whether your talk is justified?
