You talk like kindness is there all the time and you suka suka become kind as you like. 
Knnah, kindness need to be cultivate hor. If you are full of anger/hatred and scolding everyone in forum, then you are not cultivating kindness but cultivating hatred. To cultivate kindness, one need to look for a teacher to show the way. Monastery and temples are good places to provide the peace and quietude for contemplation and cultivating.
