The share price of Company B will definitely go up based on the offer price per share.

Do you think Keppel Corp acquiring Semb Marine is a good buy? Will Keppel’s share price go up or down after the announcement?

Kepcorp may raise rights/warrants to buy Semb marine. Song Boh! Dump Kecorp. Buy after news announce if you think Kepcorp still got future.

Sg Butt will be crying if Semb marine delisted after the merger…

Wahlau what kind of question is this? It is like asking if I eat more, will I grow taller?

Need to know the offer price, the terms, business outlook, management, etc. Many missing details.
