Everyone should look back at where did internet originated and for what purpose. The US military moved it into the open so that everyone then becomes an Intel cell with your communication devices and in all forms of platforms.
What better way to monitor the entire world when people just offer up anything and everything? Even the dark net is monitored.
That is also why USA is dead against China tech cos it means that China can tap on the same web to know a lot more things that USA doesn't want the rest of the world to know.
