The culprit was too drunk to drive properly, but not drunk enough to know that he was in trouble, so he tried to flee.

I am pissed off that our Govt does not take Drink Driving cases and preventing it for so many years.

Castration should be made mandatory for drink driving.

That is the only real deterrence

Rich folks hack care about the fines. Won’t even make a tiny dent in their pockets. A couple of days stay in jail also not a deterrent either.

Very stupid sinkies, they should have let him go, then can claim his insurance, now cannot claim liao because of drink driving. Only have to sue him personally for repair
