The WFH is just the process in place. It did not mandate the employer to give at all. So employer can go through motion put in place a process to show to mom lor. But in reality never approve any requests also not infringing any mom law. Wayang is the word?

It's just a waste of resources and time. With the guidelines, the employer can do the wayang and still say no to employee. Same wayang as the jobsbank initiative.

Those who request 4 Day Work Week

Just get pro- rated 4 days pay

And the savings to hire another staff to work 1 day per week

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 87 PAP Ministers?
