Yes. Chengdu is still a better place but nowadays, it is more costly to travel directly.

I think this is invested by our Capital Land Property and they were built close to the river side. Before the pandemic I saw they were under constructions. 

I am heading to Chongqing next Tuesday for a business trip, hopefully will find time to visit these places.
