I heard of the Alaska Guys at 32 Siglap Drive. Seafood shop. Of cos really wild or farm I dunno. And yea, salmon is tricky... tiakong in pass news, overseas, rainbow trout was ( maybe still ) passed off as salmon..

You can get it at Anchor Point. Lots of Japs who stays at the anchorpoint condo always goes there to buy. Very fresh.

Salmon flesh is pink in color whereas rainbow trout flesh is white/translucent ...................... Big Grin
