HDB will sell higher & higher.  Once a benchmark is set,  owners will ask for nothing less or comparable. How to come down ?

Dont know true or not.. According to one property agent, it is the govt fault by allowing foreigner to buy with no
strict rule during covid year. thus push up price.

and foreigner love to buy here as it is safe politically and also best place for them to park their wealth.

Thus also those money easily luandering over here.
