Yo, white bread and whole meal bread cause constipation. Whereas whole grain and whole wheat bread are full of fiber and ease bowel movement. Better pay a bit more and switch to grain bread........

White flour has a lot less fibre, vitamins and minerals compared to wholemeal flour. It has a higher GI than wholegrain bread though.

I can't help but burst into laughter when I saw wholemeal noodle and what purple noodle. They tastes absolutely terrible. Try wholemeal pasta then you tell me.
