Why would you expect any sales and marketing dept of property developers to put up an ugly adverts ?
The thing about HDB is at least they do deliver and make good majority of the promises to their customers.
Can't say the same for properties in places like JB...Theirs also got many "nice nice design" +  "cheap"...
But then hor...
