Melbourne always has floods. I think it has something to do with its drainage system as I noticed that its roads do not have holes at the sides where water can go into canals.

difficult to restore and too dangerous to stay in. if rebuild the flood may come again. best choice is to abadone and move to safer places

The best is to sell these houses to foreigners after flood is over….these houses are 100 years old, can sell for good price.
