I think it's dumb that the govt is perpetuating the windfall effect. Anyway, the Reflections at Keppel will be part surrounded by these flats, value sure drop.

Some years back I mentioned the price range for different residential setting in sg. Starting with 300k for 3 room flats to 600k for 5 room flat. And private properties to start at 1mil mark. All adjusted with 20% range based on locational hierarchy.
Today, prices are quite bloated. Inflation is bad in that sense. Will it go higher? Technically it will continue with each pull back.
If you are buying just for a roof over your head, don't need to care that much I guess..
Just remember, these BTO likely to have 10 year MOP and may even have other restrictions (hopefully) limiting transaction only to citizens.
