SINGAPORE - Former United States secretary of state Hillary Clinton said the US is reviewing the punitive trade tariffs imposed on China by the Trump administration and predicted that some may be removed or lowered.

China never bothered about the trade tariffs because the tariff is 90% paid by US importers and only 10% by China's exporters.   

Finally US consumers paid for it and US is in deep shyt on inflation when all prices went up. It is punitive on US consumers.
