I think he's just betting on fossil fuels.

Now he just trade for fun. I see his pattern. I guess he know himself already so old got so much money must well inject some flue to move the stocks markets . Lose money to him is nothing but profit just a bonus that all.

His money is too big. Cant invest in stock market so easily. Gotta go for private equity or new ventures.
