saw a local Aunty and chat with her

She said her 2 sons, born Singaporeans migrated

Becuz feed children very expensive not like last time. Some like to study until very high don't want to work so still need to feed them. If govt can sponsor monies from child come out till they start to work will be much much more attractive than current one off policies.
