yes exercise helps but too much fat gets stuck in blood vessel and blocks the blood flow.

Deep fried chicken is not very healthy but it is yummy.
Most people cannot resist.
虾酱鸡 is also heavenly....better than KFC for sure.

Actually not all all Malays like fried chicken, but it's the common fave for underprivileged communities worldwide because it's probably the most delicious low cost food. There is a stereotype of black Americans loving fried chicken for the same reason.

I prefer bbq wan. Especially those indon bbq with black sauce....sedap.
Oh rendang also very nice wat. Deep fry too oily and sometimes tough for oldman.
