"Dr Pham The Hanh who came to Singapore 22 years ago. Today, he shapes young minds not only as a lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, but also as a volunteer in the grassroots, giving free tuition to children from low-income families"

Why Dr Pham The Hanh never serve 2 years NS in his 22 years in Singapore?

Who authorised Dr Pham's NS exemption for 22 years?

"Mindef spokesman Kenneth Liow said: ‘Singapore welcomes those who want to sink roots here and tt as permanent residents, but they should do so only if they are fully committed to national service.’

Today, MinDef is extremely busy with logistics in preparation for WW3

MinDef is experiencing a dire situation with shortage of military manpower mainly due to Singaporeans recorded lowest birth rates of 0.97 births per woman.

As Singaporeans, we must help MinDef , more specific Singapore to strengthen her defence in preparation for War.

Our only contribution is to encourage eligible PRs and New Citizens (those like Dr Pham) to report to CMPB soonest to serve 2 years NS. Full Stop.

Over the years, those who have granted eligible PRs and New Citizens NS exemption are causing today's drastic military manpower shortfalls in defending the nation, expecting Singapore to be defeated in war and collapse..

If the trend still continue, Singapore's defeat is imminent

.
Dr Pham, why are you not coming forward to serve 2 years in the army?

Undoubtedly, you make a good army commander, highly paid and a career, possibly for life.

Govt granted Dr Pham legally escaped NS without filing charges against him for default whereas..

"Man who left Singapore when he was 11 years old jailed for four months for defaulting on NS"
