a project with aim of selling to foreigner pricing is doom to fail right from start.
things mostly in pyramid shape. large bottom and tapper smaller. local middle income normally form the
large base. this forest project has no base how to succeed?

CNA's maths got problem. 9,000 is not barely 1% of 700,000. It is 1.29% of 700,000.

johore populations 4m+ , jb 1m+, singaporean populations 3.6+m,

singpaore hdb about 1m units. and almost right size by number units versus families already.

this forest project want to build 250k units with 700k people. planning already failed. over plan maybe
base on china experience. guang dong population > 126+m

location wise like building in lim chu kang end. who want to buy.

They buildup are so far is a small % of the final plan.

CNA nimber of 9000 is outdated as this is 2023 number tofay should be 15,000 or so residents. Total units build is only 28000 as of today. Around 25% occupied.

If the 28,000 inits build 15,000 or more than half are sold.
So its incorrect to say "no body wants or mostly unsold"

The jnjts are freehold and with economic zone starting to take off this is a good area to house the new tech workers for companies.

That is why some people are starting to consider it for investments
