The People’s Action Party (PAP) sent a 15-member delegation on a study visit to China at the invitation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to step up ties between the two parties.  Together with the PAP delegation led by SMS for Defence, and Manpower and Deputy Leader of the House Zaqy Mohamad, they met the following personalities in Beijing on 9 September 2024: Member of the CPC Politburo Standing Committee and Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Cai Qi, Wang Yi, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Liu Jianchao, and Minister of the Social Work Department of the CPC Central Committee Wu Hansheng.

Apparently , members of the PAP and CPC conducts mutual exchange and attend meeting every year.

I have never seen such comparable frequent meetup by with political parties from M'sia's  UMNO, PH, BN , India's BJP or UK's to America's Donkeys and Elephants..

WHY AH ?

You think so? In the old days, a two-faced like Singapore would be taken to the gallows, drawn and quartered, after the victory of the winning party, whichever side that wins. History does not favour two-faced characters.

Interesting  this Tweeter describe PAP as "devious" that is "infected" with Banana-chauvinists while the other side its critics had long accused the party is a "dictatorship" and fails to subscribe to Western-style "liberal democracy" which one of its founder has long warned against...

History has shown any country that "pivots" to PRC runs the risk of CIA making your life and lives difficult if not fatal... Big Grin

PAP certainly is aware that US presence more danger than the PRC given the former's long track records of making life difficult by working behind the scenes from commercial to economics domination in SG, and NGOs...

SGreans will have to ask themselves in years to come, do they want to go the Chinese or American's way...

That’s where many people around the world misunderstand about geopolitics.

The US will prop up ANY regime, democratic or not, willing to do its bidding or if their interests align. As an example, look at who’s the puppet ruler of Syria now 🤭🤭🤭 Back then, he was a terrorist according to Western media last time, now he is their rebel hero darling.

Ideology is just the face of geopolitics, doesn’t mean anything.

Shah of Iran was deposed by a CIA-engineered coup, who then installed Ayatollah as new regime puppet. Little did they expect Ayatollah to move against them.

Now they are trying to change the Ayatollah regime back to… the Shah of Iran’s son as the ideal candidate 🤣🤣🤣

It doesn’t matter what democracy, freedom, bullshit. What matters is whether you are willing to align yourself with the Empire.

I am sure many people around the world have “woken up” due to events in the past few years. Anyone who still believes it’s a battle of ideologies is hopelessly naive.
