A major event after almost 20 years, there could be much more reshuffling across various Govt departments and officials as changes unfolded.

Already happened in MAS and GIC

Attorney General Office will be very busy..

High Inflation or highly inflated?

Tourist calls police after being charged $1000 for a seafood dish.

A tourist thought her dish was going to cost $34 but it instead cost more than $1000 – so she called the police.

What next after Wong?.

Mr Lawrence Wong when he takes over as Singapopre's fourth Prime Minister on May 15.

That's view of some political observers here.

A first choice PM- in-waiting, DPM Heng Swee Keat should be the 4th PM if PM Lee had stepped down 6-7 years earlier.

Today, Singaporeans is being given PM Lee's 2nd best choice candidate.

Do you think there's a much longer runway ahead..

Despite Keppel KOM being found guilty and paid fine in lieu of jail term by US DoJ, surprisingly those 6 CEOs were given stern warning by CPIB with consultation and approval from AGO.

A further promise to review the case if found new evidence.

Quietly It totally evaporated in thin air.

Some political said Law & Home Affairs K Shanmugam, some others says several names mooted as possible too. DPM People's Action Party deputy secretary-general Lawrence Wong do not speaks at PAP's Party for now. No Not Ok.

That's the view of some observers here saying, Cabinet reshuffle could be announced in advance? (Who says?.) B4 PM Lee Hsien Loong officially hands over to Mr Wong, his current deputy. Rotfl

There are precedents for this in past (yes). Noted from Tee: Leadership successions In 1990, Cabinet announced more then a mth b4 Mr Goh Chok Tong is been as a PM. & also a similarly want in 2004, a reshuffle was announced two days b4 Mr Lee Hsien Loong succeeded Mr Goh, ok..

“I (who is I) who expect Cabinet reshuffle to happen b4 or when (PM Lee or DPM Wong) both takes on this PM job on May 15th", who"s this or others is saying so many this and that and who?.?. Rotfl

Here✓,. A view shared by Asst Professor Elvin Ong from National University of Singapore's (NUS) Dept of Political Science. On May 15, we will definitely be looking forward to swearing-in of the rest of the Cabinet as well,” he said. Tongue

Msg from DPM Wong 'Your dreams will inspire my actions': Prime minister-in-waiting Lawrence Wong urges S"poreans to work & help it to happen for all.

What we know about Singapore's fourth Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.

DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER CANDIDATES?.
With Mr Wong set to become PM. Some observers here said Law & Home Affairs K Shanmugam, Education Chan Chun Sing and Health Ong Ye Kung could be suitable candidates to replace him.

Rather now currently DPM Heng Swee Keat could well retain his position in Mr Wong’s new Cabinet, said Dr Leong Chan-Hoong, a senior fellow for social cohesion research at S Rajaratnam School of International Studies Nanyang Technological University.

(“DPM Heng has certainly done a great job to oversee economic challenges, I (he) won’t be surprised if he remains as DPM oversees economic development even after the Cabinet reshuffle”.
(If only!. There is a cabinet reshuffle)

Noted!. This one is for Defence, A important job, a PAP senior member of PAP Party and a Senior, same like Senior Teo also for Singapore, and whoever succeeds as a Deputy will likely have experience in this area. Noted separately that Coordinating Minister for National Security, Senior Teo Chee Hean previously served as Deputy Prime Minister too and is help him too.

Said independent political observer. They also suggested on Mr Chan?, a potential candidate (the sheep), having served in S'pore Armed Forces from 1987 to 2011 b4 joining politics.

Let see what happens coming 15th May 2024.

Newly elected PM Christopher Luxon was the opposition leader b4 becoming the 42nd prime minister of New Zealand.

Could NZ PM Luxon had said something that emotionally hurts PM Lee?
