Why PM Wong should offer early retirement for Attorney General and Head of CPIB?

As a newly elected Govt, PM Lawrence Wong must strengthen his power base similarly as his appointed ministers.

Obviously, Master wants to see new servants

It's long overdue and more changes should follow soonest.

Certainly there are more important matters to handle thereafter

BBC News

A Singapore-based billionaire has been fined $23,400 (S$30,000; £17,251) after he had earlier pleaded guilty to a charge connected to a gift scandal that shocked the country last year.

Hotel tycoon Ong Beng Seng had admitted to abetting the obstruction of justice by helping ex-transport minister Subramaniam Iswaran cover up evidence while the latter was being investigated for corruption.

Ong gave expensive gifts, including an all-expenses paid trip with a private jet ride, to Iswaran while they were engaged in official business.

OBS offered but Ah neh could have declined the offer. Alternatively Ah neh could have accepted but declared the gifts since he’s in a position of authority. It’s how you perceive the situation.

Singapore judiciary placed NUS Law Faculty under scrutiny..

" Times Higher Education, NUS Law was ranked 8th. Some sources also indicate it is the only university outside of the UK and US to feature in the top 10. The specific ranking can vary slightly between different ranking systems and years. "

On Records, Both Attorney General and Head of CPIB had done excellent contributions to Singapore system.
We thank them for their good jobs

They should happily retired and thus, allowing Govt to bring new blood into the system.
