Those Singaporeans diagnosed with cancer, confirmed 51% odds against them lying on the operating table.
Very little chance of survival

In Sg, the doctors have to follow very strictly the standard operating procedures the patients must go through. The doctors cannot think out of the box and treat the patients differently even though new drugs, not approved yet have a higher chance of success.
Doctors can be sued if they dont follow procedures and do it step by step according to instructions.
So doctors here will play safe ma. What to do?
