Why Singapore temperature keeps raising

Meta AI: Singapore's temperature has been rising due to a combination of global and local factors. Here are some reasons:

1. *Global Warming*: Singapore is not immune to the global trend of rising temperatures due to climate change. The average global temperature has risen by about 1°C since the late 1800s.
2. *Urban Heat Island Effect*: Singapore's urbanization and dense built environment trap heat, causing temperatures to rise higher than in surrounding rural areas.
3. *Tropical Rainforest Climate*: Singapore's location near the equator means it experiences a tropical rainforest climate with high temperatures and high humidity throughout the year.
4. *Urbanization and Land Use Changes*: The conversion of natural habitats to urban areas and the increasing density of buildings and infrastructure contribute to the urban heat island effect.
5. *Population Growth and Energy Consumption*: As Singapore's population grows, so does energy consumption, leading to increased greenhouse gas emissions and heat generation.
6. *Weather Patterns*: Singapore experiences occasional heatwaves due to changes in weather patterns, such as the El Niño phenomenon.

Temperature trends in Singapore:

- The average annual temperature has risen by about 1.5°C since 1948.
- The number of days with temperatures above 35°C has increased.
- Nighttime temperatures have also risen, reducing the cooling effect.

To mitigate the rising temperature, Singapore has implemented various initiatives, such as:

- *Greening Singapore*: Planting more trees and creating green spaces to reduce the urban heat island effect.
- *Sustainable Urban Planning*: Designing cities with green infrastructure and mitigating the urban heat island effect.
- *Energy Efficiency*: Promoting energy-efficient practices and reducing energy consumption.
- *Climate Change Adaptation*: Developing strategies to adapt to the impacts of climate change.

Govt hired all these A - Star but very mediocre like PaP. They are in fact below average and did not turn Tropical rainforest to be cool and humid.

Watch the prices of housing and cars tumble by reducing the population in SG to 3.5 million so only genuine foreign talents and those performing jobs locals shun remain here. We have far too many FTs with fake qualifications.

singapur weather=humidity=much warmer

road/pavement=asphalt=absorb store heat=night time also wont be cooling

building=concrete/bricks/tiles=absorb store heat=night time also hard to be cool=hdb=brick pizza oven

singapur soon will be 90% filled with brick concrete asphalt; high thermal mass materials

you want singapur to be less warm?

wait long long

current ruling party will do anything everything they can to go against climate change by constructing reconstructing in exchange for good gdp

remember;
We are never done building Singapur

maybe only mother nature can help else as to what amy gore said; not happy FÜck Off

singapore getting hotter.
possible reason

the sun emit more heat to earth.
there are lesser cloud cover over singapore. cloud absorb most of the sunlight said to be about 70%.
no cloud so heat reach ground directly.
very few reason really link to carbon. but activist say so. and money say so. carbon link to higher temperature is a long term effect. it take so many years due to so many sources cannot reduce heat fast enough.

now higher temperature world wide means sea water also higher temperature. it also means need lesser sun light to cause temperature to raise to evaporate water. so bigger storm, bigger typhoon.

war also adds to the total heat in the air. so many bomb us send to ukraine and isreal so more heat added. russia also added a lot of hear with their bombs.

immediate actions needed to stop the bomb going off.
to cover the poles with white sheets to reflect sun light off and to stop ice from meating so fast so that sea level will not raise so fast.
need to cover the some of sea surface area to reduce evaporation rate. to reduce storm, flood and typhoon strength.
need to have device to flost a pipe up to 10k feet to suck cold air from space down to surface to cool it. ie heat exchange of hot ground level to higher level therefore aiding heat lost to space.

can also cool the sea surface by pumping deep level cold water up. but only short term solution as that will eventually make the whole sea hotter, better to activate moving heat to higher 10k above sea and bring cold air down.

For heavy rain and storm, Govt built shelters

Thus, for extreme heat, Govt should build both aircon passage ways and cool air glass tunnels.

As I said a few times, the bad planning of PAP

failed to plant enough BIG Trees in the dense areas in the South East

Also the heat in HDB walls penetrates into the house so some reflective paint is needed

I lived all my life without aircon but a few yrs ago it got so bad I bought a portable aircon.

Problem is consumption is very high for aircon.

Now I use solar powered fan.
