No doubt some youngsters can be very playful. But, I observed some elderlies using drinking water machine at hawker ctr even worse. They sneeze and spit on the fountains water dispenser. Is so unhygenic.

It is a combination of Sinkies and foreigners.................some go for long walks will drink from these water fountains..............
