Why not have EP qualifications that match MP ones?

people want to pay more tax via ep is ok one.
just need to ensure singaporean got jobs and good pay similar or better then ep.
don't allow quota of low pay singaporean worker to be used for ep.
like they give out a lot of money to people cutting trees in highway everyday and causing traffic jam. these employ almost all foreign worker. always wonder how they get the quota.
the employer must have make a lot of money. investigations need to be done to ensure money flow are proper.
if need to used vehicle to block traffic is in a way putting potential bidder out of game as it will meant more capital needed. always think that they can place a machine with the block and tow it around as needed is enough.
