Dun see no up HDB residents. I know a good no. own more dan 2 landed properties besides their own HDB.
Last time media got report 1 indon new citizen own 2 bukit timah landed besides their own HDB unit. I personally know of tiongkok new citizens own 2 landed besides their own HDB. Most HDB units have been rented out by owners who live in condo and vice versa.

They are waiting for another batch of property craze rah , they buy if during their life time cannot sell high profit than pass down to their kids. Next Gen will be rich at least profit big from property.
