Strangely, the same kind of people don't have such label in the American  or British system.

I think it is given the title "top 1%" and you are not allowed to give any other labels in US or UK...

Both acts are actually inter-changeable - just that one is legal while another is not - based on law or system which itself is controlled and defined by the top 1%.

Yes, it is the same Old Game where rules of "right" or "wrong" are defined by the rich and powerful.

It is also the same Old Game that give rise to revolt, riots, protests and revolutions...

The problem is naming what system we are under is often very very hard to notice...until it is too late.
