Because a lot of people don't know what they do with their money. I have a friend working in Endowus and he explained that they follow an algorithm that will buy a spread of proven funds depending on your risk appetite. May not may not work. So far I put some money and have lost a little bit. But I think it'll be ok over the long-term.

Because I happen watch that Mr loo video , mention he himself park 100k on Endowus , what S&P500 for long term and his followers also follow.
