evil human beings cant be punished by law n order what avenue do the victims hv to seek recourse

chinese always say:
when u look up the sky titlting yr head there is god n heaven watching u yr evil doing 
all these these evils will be accumulated to the day u hv to pay for yr crimes!

People have their right to believe or not. 

We should not involved with their belief. Just like u for your belief. So long they do no harm to us. Does it matter??

Once people cannot trust/ rely on their Govt, they can only turn to religion and superstitions

Those 1-10 listed are symptoms of the problem. The Root of the issue is the Govt.
